Photocopy of your identity card/passport
Photocopies of your latest 3 months’ salary slips
Photocopies of your latest income tax return (J Form) or EA form
Sale and purchase agreement/deposit or booking receipt/letter of offer from the housing developer
Photocopy of the land title (if any)
Valuation report for completed houses/properties
FOR SELF-EMPLOYED
All the documents stated above (except for salary slip) and the following:
Business registration document
Latest 3 months bank statements
Latest financial statements
